Isojiman - Seasoned Seaweed Paste 350g

This is a seaweed tsukudani (seaweed simmered in soy sauce) that upholds the quality and flavour passed down since the founding. Made with an abundance of domestically sourced seaweed, it contains minimal additional seasonings and is carefully simmered using authentic brewed soy sauce and domestic coarse sugar.
