Ibonoito Somen (Japanese Fine Noodle) 300g

It is the most famous and best-selling Somen brand in Japan. It is thinly finished by a traditional hand-rolled manufacturing method of twisting and ageing repeatedly. Boil for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, rinse well with cold water, drain off the water and enjoy with the noodle soup. Good with the topping of kimchi or umeboshi(Plum pickles).
